For Raging Meditations, I collaborated with poet T.C. Barrera to create a book cover that visually embodied the emotional intensity of his debut poetry collection. The creative direction called for vibrant, direct imagery capable of reflecting the raw, unfiltered nature of the poems, which confront themes of addiction, recovery, mental health, identity, and the complexities of modern life. My goal was to distill these deeply personal and often chaotic experiences into a single striking visual that immediately communicates the book's emotional weight while inviting readers into Barrera's uncompromising exploration of rage, healing, and self-reflection.
